Privacy Policy
This notice explains how Live N Laugh, operating Damara International, handles information submitted through the Damara website and admissions contact channels.

Who is responsible
Live N Laugh operates Damara International at 15, City Point, 17 Boat Club Road, Pune 411001, Maharashtra, India. Damara International handles admissions enquiries and decides how those enquiries are used. Contact admin@damarainternational.com for privacy questions, access or deletion requests, and to change a marketing choice.
Information collected
The enquiry form may collect a parent or guardian's name and phone number, optional email address, approximate child age group, preferred programme, preferred campus, message, and the page from which the form was sent. Please do not include a child's name, date of birth, health information or other sensitive details in the message. Phone and WhatsApp conversations may contain information you choose to share with admissions.
How the information is used
- Damara uses enquiry details to respond, arrange admissions follow-up, and answer questions about programmes and campuses.
- Damara may send marketing and programme updates only when you select the separate optional marketing choice in the form. You can ask Damara to stop at any time using the privacy contact above.
- SourceKode develops and supports the website and receives enquiry information to study and analyze it for improving service to Damara. SourceKode is not the admissions operator; Live N Laugh (Damara) sets the admissions and marketing purposes and remains responsible for this privacy notice and related legal obligations.
The enquiry form uses Cloudflare Turnstile, which may process technical signals such as IP address, browser user-agent, TLS fingerprint, site key and page origin to assess automated activity; Cloudflare states it may also use these signals to improve Turnstile. See Turnstile privacy details.
Choices and requests
The enquiry-processing checkbox is required to submit an enquiry. The marketing checkbox is optional; leaving it unchecked does not prevent an enquiry. You may ask for a copy of your information, request correction or deletion, or withdraw permission for marketing by emailing the privacy contact. Damara will verify the request and coordinate deletion of copies it controls with SourceKode and other authorized recipients. Some records may need to be retained where required by law or to resolve a dispute; any applicable exception will be explained when responding.
Retention and sharing
Damara keeps enquiry records and related email copies indefinitely until you ask for removal, subject to any retention requirement that applies. Damara and SourceKode coordinate requests across the enquiry store, their controlled mailboxes and other copies they manage. Hosting, email-delivery, security and analytics providers may process information to operate the website and contact service.
Website analytics
Google Analytics 4 is enabled by default to measure website use. It receives the page path, the title configured for that page, and a generic admissions enquiry event after an accepted submission. Form values, names, phone numbers, email addresses and message text are not included in the website's custom events. Page views omit query-string and fragment values, and the referrer is limited to its origin. Google's Analytics property may also collect other configured website events and technical information. Use the “Turn off analytics” control in the website footer to opt out. The preference is saved in local browser storage when the browser permits it; if storage is blocked, the control applies to the current page only and the preference may not persist after navigation or reload.

GoZevv is a sister concern of SourceKode that provides cab services.
Children's information and security
The web form asks only for an approximate age group and is intended for a parent or guardian to submit. It does not ask for a child's name or date of birth. Damara and its service providers use access controls and technical safeguards to protect enquiry information. No online transmission or storage method can be represented as risk-free.
To limit automated or repeated form submissions, the server keeps a SHA-256 hash derived from the request IP address and request timestamps in restricted storage. These rate-limit records are separate from the enquiry details. When the scheduled cleanup is configured, it is intended to remove entries older than ten minutes every five minutes. Expired entries remain until cleanup next succeeds. Hosting providers may separately retain technical connection logs under their own policies.
